Edwin Grey Clements arrived in New Zealand and upon looking for land was sent
by his Lawyer to Kaipara Flats. A young lady was sent to look at land right
next door and it appeared prudent to the newly met couple that a link in the
newly acquired land of each should take place, so they married. Miss Taylor had
been an orphan in a Chertsey Workhouse.

Hi there, I am a great great grand daughter of Edwin and Ellen Clements, I notice you only have 13 of their children named, did you know they actually had 16 children, one being my great grandfather Arthur. Would you have any photos of the Clements family to share, I have some old ones I can also share with you too. Regards Leonie
